The more internships a Chinese international student completes while studying, the better their chances of getting a graduate job with a top employer in China like KPMG, TikTok or Tencent.
That's according to mShare, INTO's partner in Return & Connect China.
mShare's data also shows that top employers prefer graduates who have studied across multiple disciplines and have a high level of English proficiency, preferably at IELTS 7 or above.
