Employers in India, Indonesia and Thailand say hiring AI skilled talent is a top priority but a majority also report that it is difficult to find qualified candidates.
That's according to a 2024 Access Partnership and Amazon Web Services survey conducted across nine countries, including Australia, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, and Thailand.
Pools of respondents in both surveys drew on those organizations and workers that utilize at least some tech skills, ranging from basic skills such as using word processing software to advanced skills such as software development.
