On average 75% of global employers are struggling to find skilled talent.

That's according to the ManpowerGroup, which surveyed more than 40,000 employers across 41 countries as part of its Employer Outlook Survey (2024).

The number one country for talent shortages is Japan with 85% of employers facing talent shortages, followed by Israel, Greece and Germany.

Surprisingly, next on the list is India, with 81% of employers saying they can't find suitable talent.
