An Access Partnership and Amazon Web Services report has revealed that "APAC employers indicate they would pay a salary premium of over 33% for workers with AI skills."
And in India (54%), Thailand (41%) and Indonesia (36%) the expected premiums are even higher than the APAC average.
Employers anticipate that AI skills will drive additional productivity growth and higher quality work, allowing workers with AI expertise to command a significant salary increases.
