Use of AI Technologies
When you use the Site and our Services, you will have access to an artificial intelligence ("AI") tool (the "Tool").
What it is and how you can use it.
The Tool is available to help you with your job application process on the Site, by supporting you in content generation including a personal brand statement and cover letter (the “Outputs”).
The Tool is available only if you agree to its use by opting in to our AI Policies and Usage Terms via the on-screen pop up message – this will appear after you click “Use AI”.
- You can opt-in by clicking “Agree & Proceed”.
- If you do choose to opt-in, you are consenting to us providing you with access to the Tool as part of our provision of the Site and our Services to you.
- If you do not want to use the Tool, you can opt-out by clicking “Do No Agree & Cancel”.
- If you opt-out, we will not provide you with access to the Tool as part of our Services when you use this Site.
- This means you will need to enter all of your information manually when creating your personal brand statement and cover letter.
How the Tool works.
The Tool uses AI and cloud-based technologies. Like other AI technologies, when you upload information into your user profile on the Site (“Inputs”), the Tool gathers these Inputs and uses them to generate content that is specific to you, such as your personal brand statement and cover letter.
The Tool also gathers data from job listings and descriptions on the Site and uses these to make the Outputs more relevant to the job you wish to apply for.
The Tool does not gather personal information from your user profile such as name, gender, or contact information.
What you need to be aware of when using the Tool.
Third parties - The Tool has been developed by Kyanon Digital (Vietnam), but we also use AI technologies that are owned by third parties to provide the Tool to you. Specifically, INTO connects the Tool to a platform called ChatGPT GPT-4o, which is provided by OpenAI Ireland Ltd and OpenAI, L.L.C (“OpenAI”).
When you opt-in to use the Tool, you agree you have read and understood, and agree to be bound by the OpenAI ChatGPT GPT-4o terms of use available here: OpenAI terms, which may be updated by OpenAI from time to time, and that you will comply with these terms at all times when accessing and/or using the Tool.
Learning - AI technologies learn from the Inputs that users upload to them, so they can learn how to generate better (and more appropriate and useful) Outputs. INTO will never directly use your Inputs to train or improve the Tool. However, OpenAI who own ChatGPT which is used within the Tool, as referred to above, may use the Inputs to help their tools to learn and improve. Accuracy – AI technologies are trained on vast amounts of data, but the Outputs they produce are not always accurate or appropriate. The Outputs you receive may include inaccurate or misleading information. You are responsible for checking that the Outputs are accurate, appropriate, and do not contain any errors, inaccuracies or false information.
How INTO complies with law when providing the Tool.
To comply with the Return & Connect Terms of Service and our legal and regulatory obligations, INTO has put in place and been given assurance that there are sufficient controls to protect your confidential information and personal data. Please note the following:
Information security – We are committed to safeguarding all personal information and Inputs. The AI tool will not be given access to your personal information. The Inputs you provide will only be used by INTO to generate content as you request.
Ownership rights – INTO does not claim ownership of the Outputs that you generate.
Rules that apply to your use of the Tool.
The Return & Connect Terms of Use apply to your use of the Site and your use of the Tool – please note the “Using the Site and Services” section of those Terms of Service.
- You must not upload or transmit any materials to the Tool which are false, offensive, defamatory, threatening, obscene, abusive, menacing, indecent, unlawful or which violate, breach or infringe the rights of any other person anywhere in the world (including any intellectual property rights) or attempt to do so.
